1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TradeAuraStocks (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and TradeAuraStocks. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Educational Purpose Only
TradeAuraStocks is an independent research and education platform. All content — including stock ideas, recommendations, portfolios, target and stop-loss levels, market commentary, and analytics — is published solely for educational and informational purposes.
We are not SEBI-registered investment advisors, portfolio managers, stockbrokers, or research analysts. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, an offer, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or financial instrument.
You should independently evaluate every idea and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered advisor before acting on any information you see on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using TradeAuraStocks you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@tradeaurastocks.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person. Sharing paid access is not permitted.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Access to premium features begins after successful payment confirmation and ends at the close of the billing period. Renewals, if any, are disclosed at checkout.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Given the digital, real-time nature of the content, subscription fees are non-refundable once a subscription period has started, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific plan's terms. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, scrape, mirror, or republish any content, in whole or in part, in any format.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated agents to access the Platform, except as expressly permitted.
- Upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Platform integrity or availability.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
8. Market Data & Third-Party Content
Live prices and market data are provided by third parties (including Upstox and public NSE feeds) and are delivered "as-is" without warranty. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted. You must not rely on any price shown on the Platform for the actual execution of trades — always verify with your broker.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, code, design, and materials on the Platform are the property of TradeAuraStocks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, uninterrupted service, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific outcome, profit, or return.
Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Past performance does not indicate future results. Read all scheme-related documents carefully.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAuraStocks, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, data, goodwill, or other intangibles — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to TradeAuraStocks in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeAuraStocks and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
