- Payment metadata processed by Razorpay (we do not store your card number, CVV, or bank credentials).

- Market data feeds (Upstox, NSE public APIs) — these do not include personal data.

6. Subprocessors
We rely on the following categories of subprocessors. Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data:
- Hosting & database: Lovable Cloud (backend, database, authentication, storage).
- Payments: Razorpay.
- Market data: Upstox, NSE public feeds.
- Email delivery: Transactional email provider used for account & notification emails.
- Analytics: Limited product analytics to understand usage.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 10).
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), row-level access controls on the database, hashed credentials, least-privilege service keys, and audit logging. However, no system is 100% secure. Use a strong, unique password and never share your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any compromise.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
